A home health aide provides many services as requested by you or your care needs. Duties can include: changing dressings, medication management (under direction), obtaining household supplies, running errands, assistance on trips outside the home, companionship and many more services as needed by you.

What is the difference between Revival and an MLTC?

Revival is a certified home health agency which provides skilled intermittent care for people who are homebound and require skilled home care such as wound care, therapy, palliative and many more (our services). MLTC is a managed long term care plan which coordinates and covers the long term care needs of a person such as PCA, dental, adult day care and other services.

How do I pay for home health care?

We accept most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Oxford, GHI, Private Pay and many more insurance plans.
